Custom Units: There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges. Due to custom units being specifically made to fit your head measurements, we will not be able to resell or reuse them. 

In the rare case that you have received a damaged wig, we will gladly replace it at no cost. No refunds will be issued. 

Shipping times: Shipping (2 day processing) 3-5 business days ship out.

Signature wig shipping: 5-7 business days.

Custom build a wig shipping : 7-14 business days.
